The user agrees to integrate the tracking code in accordance with the instructions and not to attempt to manipulate, falsify, or alter the collected data. Any fraudulent use will result in immediate suspension of the account.
Visitee cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions related to the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Service availability is guaranteed at 99.5% excluding scheduled maintenance.
All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, its code, design, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of Visitee. The user benefits from a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the duration of their subscription.
Visitee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance.
